The ‘45’ means that the workout takes up to 45 minutes to get you to sweat, get the heart rate pumping as well as have fun! Every day has different courses provided. You can bring your friends and/or family to come along, or if being alone is your method of exercising, you can listen to your music whilst exercising as it is a quiet area. Before exercising, there are locations where you can warm up at the various fitness corners and exercise stations that are located around the park.
